What kinds of pets do
you care for?
We care for most animals (dogs, cats, birds, small caged
animals, fish), as long as they do not pose a danger
to our Pet Sitters. We do not care for any animals with
a history of biting, fighting or attacking other animals
or people.
How many times do you
see them each day?
This will be determined based on our agreement. We recommend
at least once a day for healthy indoor cats (with litter
box); birds; small caged animals. For dogs with outdoor
access, we recommend a minimum of twice a day and if
no outdoor access a minimum of 3 times a day
How long do you stay
at each visit?
Depending on which service you choose. Anywhere from
10 minutes for our Express service to 30 minutes for
our standard service
How much do you charge?
Our fee schedule is available for your review. We will customize a quote
for your unique needs.

my return?

do you accept?

May I give my Pooch
Sitter a gratuity?
Absolutely. You may give gratuities directly to your
Pooch Sitter, or if you prefer you may pay it to the
company. 100% of gratuities go directly to the designated
Pet Staffer.
Are you available for
other times other than when I go on vacation?
Absolutely! Our services are great for those who work
long hours, have long commutes; have in-door dogs that
need potty breaks; have older pets with special needs;
or need our services when traveling on business.
What
happens if I have to cancel my trip?
Our cancellation fee is determined on when you cancel.
Please realize you are booking our time and we may therefore
turn away other business to reserve time for you which
we may not be able to recover should you cancel.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hr notice will result
in billing for the full amount of the pet sits cancelled.
- Cancellations between the time you booked your reservation
and up to 48 hrs will result in a cancellation fee
based on 25% of your total booking.
Will you return my
key and how soon?
Yes – once you have returned. There is a $15 key
drop off (this is waived if we keep your key on file
for future pet care needs)
If my pet becomes ill will
you take them to your vet or mine?
In the event that we believe your pet is ill enough
to be seen by a veterinarian, we will attempt contact
with you to let you know the symptoms your pet is experiencing
and let you make that decision. If we can’t reach
you and it’s an emergency, we will take your pet
to the first available veterinarian.
